I am one out of the two art teachers here at Sneed Elementary. I have been part of Sneed for over 5 years and have loved every single moment of it. Art has been a passion of mine since I was young, and for that reason I love cultivating an appreciation of art with my students. I am excited to see what my students and I create this year.

Sarah Richey
I have been helping grow students' love of music at Sneed for several years. After graduation, I spent time teaching middle school choir in Kansas City, Missouri. 
Sneed has been a wonderful place to work. I love sharing my passion for music with our elementary students. Their level of excitement is contagious!

Jeanie Smith
My name is Jeanie Smith. I have been in Alief I.S.D. for over 25 years.
I have worked in a variety of positions- from the front office, to special education classrooms, and now as an art teacher at Sneed Elementary! I am passionate about children and them growing their skills of art.

Jarvis Hawkins
My professional title is music teacher, but I see myself as a musician in the room with students, sharing what I know about music. I am certified K-12 grade in music. I am a 14-year veteran in the classroom I earned a bachelor's degree in Music and Liberal Arts from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. I served 7 years in the U. S. Army. I am a graduate of the Navy "SCHOOL OF MUSIC" located at the Navy Amphibious Base in Little Creek Norfolk Virgina. While in the Army, I served with the 1st Armored and 1st Calvary division bands.  It's been a rewarding experience working with the staff and students in Alief ISD.  Sneed music, it's a journey!
